Adplus makes the application process easier and quicker for advertisers and applicants.

What Adplus can do for you

In addition to an advertisement appearing on careers.bmj.com an advertiser can now place, free of charge, additional documents for download by potential applicants.

This could be a job description and application form, additional information about the area you're in, a practice profile or any other information you think might be relevant to applicants.

This means that not only can you give more information to your applicants but you can save on application pack and postage costs.

How it works

If you would like to use the Adplus service please email your advertisement to the Sales Team and mark it clearly 'Adplus'. A member of our sales team will then contact you with further details. Any documents you wish to use for Adplus will appear at the bottom of your advertisement on careers.bmj.com, from where they can be downloaded. If you would like applicants to be able to complete an application form electronically this can also be arranged, further details available upon request.

To direct applicants to your advertisement on careers.bmj.com you should add the following sentence to your advertisement: "You can also access supplementary material and/or an application form by entering this advertisement's unique number at careers.bmj.com"
