The post holder will have a pivotal role in the effective analysis, management and utilisation of the BMJ Group’s data. Heading an expanded team of analysts, this role wil have overall responsibility for the marketing data and for identifying commercial opportunities from customers, market and performance data.
This role is critical to the growth expectation of the organisation and the role holder will work with members of the marketing team and data stakeholders from across the Group.
Knowledge, skills and experience

Experience of devising and implementing data/ CRM strategies and projects

Experience of delivering regular and relevant reporting programmes to business colleagues

Strong data analysis, numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources

Experience in a marketing role is preferable- ideally within professional services, publishing or business information

Educated to degree level or equivalent

Knowledge of the healthcare sector would be an advantage

Experience of team management and budgetary responsibility

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders

Strong time management and organisation skills

Constant focus on attention to detail

Able to represent BMJ Group at internal and external meetings with a professional approach, credibility and clear communication
