6 month fixed term contract
If you can combine enthusiasm with genuine web savvy, we’d like to hear from you. We’re looking for a highly organised, quick learner to join us as an intern.
Supporting our busy multimedia producers, you’ll play a vital role in producing podcasts and videos. This will involve working across two teams: for the prestigious BMJ.com website and for BMJ Learning, one of the world's leading medical education sites. Your role will range from uploading content, booking interviewees and studios, and performing basic research to proof-reading and collating usage stats.
You’ll have a passion for working in a web-based environment, experience of using content management systems, the interpersonal skills to welcome interviewers and guests and, ideally, a background in science, technology or medical publishing. You should also be able to run an audio studio, edit audio and do fun, creative things with online medical publishing – or be ready and willing to learn.
