Your email, intranet and website user alert templates

Below you can find a range of simple email templates that you can send out or display on your website or intranet to inform your students, researchers and faculties about the BMJ Group online journals and medical research and learning databases available to them.

Simply click on the relevant Word document product version below. Cut and paste the text and links as appropriate into your email, and send it to any faculty or students in the related discipline within your institution.

Alternatively, if you use Microsoft Explorer and Outlook, open the appropriate subject version below, then choose File, Send, Page by Email. Remember to insert your library's web details and an appropriate subject line before forwarding to faculty and students.
