Institutional support services

BMJ Group has a rich variety of products to cater for all your users' needs. To ensure that we satisfy these needs in full we have also developed a library of support materials to increase the understanding of the various BMJ Group products and services serving your institution.

Marketing and training support

A selection of support materials is available to download, save, print, attach to emails or publish on Intranet pages. 

To support efforts on informing about a new or available BMJ Group resource and encouraging the use of your subscription, we have created a few email templates, which can be downloaded here. We can also help with creating personalized communication on behalf of customers who would like to promote the Group's products and services to their end-users in a more bespoke fashion. Contact Camille Kelly if you would like to discuss your BMJ Group products promotional needs.

Webex and on-site training are also available on demand.

The below is a summary of a number of ways you can increase your subscription usage:

  1. Use the email templates we have created to send to users so that they are aware of the products and services available to them.

  4. Organise training so that users get a better idea on how to use the products and services available.
