The BMJ Product Training & Support team provide Institutions and their end users with tailored and specific training support to ensure maximum benefit from their BMJ product subscription.

In addition to developing training videos and user guides, our Account Development Managers are dedicated to providing institutional customers with product training & support either online or face-to-face via workshops and seminars - so if you feel some training would benefit your institution, please feel free to contact us at trainingandsupport@bmjgroup.com to discuss your requirements.

We are currently running regular online training sessions on Best Practice every THURSDAY at 12.30pm, GMT Daylight Time (GMT +1:00, London).  Please encourage your users to attend these free webex sessions to get a better understanding of the product, have the opportunity to ask questions and get the most out of their access to Best Practice.  Visit the BMJ Product Training & Support area for registration details.

BMJ Learning and Best Practice connected

At the BMJ Group, we are constantly looking for ways to ensure clinicians get the most out of out products and are able to easily and efficiently find what they are looking for.  Therefore users of Best Practice can now save content from Best Practice to their BMJ Learning 'Plan and Record' functionality.

When accessing information on a topic, users will be able to click on a button which will link the topic to their BMJ Learning personal profile.  BMJ Learning is a training website for medical professionals to develop and test their knowledge.
