Live online training sessions via WEBEX
Our Account Development Managers, Jenny Lewis (Europe & Middle East), Fiona Munday (UK, Best Practice) and Dju-Lyn Chng (Asia Pacific), are responsible for providing training and support to our customers.
In addition to face-to-face training events and conferences, Dju-Lyn and Jenny deliver online Webex BMJ Group product training.
You can attend regular Best Practice WEBEX training sessions and also receive other types of training on BMJ Learning, BMJ Case Reports and OnExamination. We are constantly updating and adding sessions on a regular basis or when requested.

For all your training needs go to http://bmjgroup.webex.com and select the relevant session from the calendar then register your details as instructed.
- To register for a session, visit https://bmjgroup.webex.com
- Under 'Go to Services' select 'Training Centre' and click 'Go'
- Click on 'Upcoming events' and select the training session that you would like to attend.
- The password is London1
