Training and videos online

Live online training sessions via WEBEX

Sign up to WEBEX to participate in one of our training sessions online. It is free of charge and the only requirement is that you have an internet connection and a phone line. To sign up to the session, click on the session name.

Fortnightly scheduled WEBEX training for Best Practice will take place on the following dates:

When you have registered for the WEBEX, you will need to dial in using the telephone number of your country from the downloadable word document.

You will then need to enter the following participants PIN number: 507617#.

If you do not have a local number to call please call the UK or your nearest country. There are many toll free numbers you can use.
