About the team
The main Informatica Systems programming and product development team are based in Leatherhead, Surrey, with administration, marketing, sales and customer support functions in London and around the country.
Founded by software engineer, Philip Brown, and joined by colleague, David Collie, Informatica Systems has over 20 years experience of providing appointments software and decision support tools for General Practice.

Customer Support Manager
Chris manages BMJ Informatica's Customer Support function, whilst also providing second line support on all BMJ Informatica products.
