We are a four-site, ten-partner practice and evaluated both iSOFT appointments and FrontDesk. FrontDesk won hands down and has been duly installed. For our set-up it knocked the spots of iSOFT and seems almost infinitely flexible in terms of setting up rotas. There was a fair amount of work initially to set up our very complicated systems and rotas, but it is now possible to populate the appointment book weeks at a time. The Support Team are also excellent and have been known to answer queries by email within minutes. I would recommend it very highly.
