For GP Practices
Health Checks supports GP practices tasked with performing GP-led Health Checks. Because identifying patients eligible for Health Checks is onerous and time consuming for practice staff, Health Checks automates this process. Health Checks supports complete cohort identification, call/recall and Health Check consultations.
The software supports the Health Check consultation itself, providing access to a cardiovascular risk score based on the latest data in the patient notes without having to copy data into a web page. It also provides convenient access to QRisk2 where clinical systems do not have this integrated.

- Excluding patients automatically if ineligible for age or on a disease register
